Ludhiana has very hot summers and very cold winters. The monsoon visits this city around July. During summer months, the temperature is around 41 degree celcius.
Ludhiana is well connected with road and railways. Ludhiana is situated on Delhi-Amritsar Grand Trunk Road, that is, on the National Highway No.1. There is a daily Air Service from Ludhiana to Delhi as well as direct Railway Service to any part of the country. An international airport is planned for Ludhiana. |
